The good people at @MetaHealth are on a mission to encourage people to have important conversations with their loved ones to make better health decisions. To help get that message out, @MetaHealth is sponsoring a Twitter party where we will talk about having those #Heart2Heart conversations with those we care about and how Meta can help jumpstart a heart-healthy routine.
At the #Heart2Heart Twitter party we’ll be talking about our experiences and the great products @MetaHealth has to support a heart healthy life.
