Art and Craftspic This week for our Art and Crafts segment here at Life of Dad we are getting ready for Halloween. My daughter Jordan and I made ghost garland, or as she calls it goose garland. Either way you say it this craft is a fun way to ready for October 31st.

Materials Needed:

Coffee filters – whitejordy

Black crayon

Scissors

Tape or glue

Clear string

Directions:

Take a white coffee filter and fold it in half. Next you want to fold the coffee filter in half again. The filter will look like a triangle. Glue or tape the filter so that it stays in that shape. On the top cut off the point to make the head of the ghost round.  Decorate your ghost using black (or any color) crayon to your desire.

Repeat those steps over and over again until you have enough ghosts to add on the string. We put our garland above a window. We had to make quite a few so that the string of ghost garland would fit the top part of the window. After all the ghosts are completed tape each ghost side by side on the string. Finally hang up your ghost garland wherever you like.
