This week for our Art and Crafts segment here at Life of Dad we are making our very own snow. Now that we have moved from the Northeast to a state that is further south we don’t have the chance to see snow as we used to. To remedy that we decided to make our snow right in our home.
Materials Needed:
Two 16oz boxes of corn starch
One can of shaving cream
Peppermint Extract
Iridescent Glitter
Directions:
Mix the shaving cream and corn starch together in a container. It takes a bit of mixing to work the shaving cream into the corn starch. Next add a couple drops of peppermint extract into the container. Then mix in the iridescent glitter. Now you and your kids have snow to make your very own winter wonderland.
