This week for our Art and Crafts segment here at Life of Dad we are making a polar bear head out of a paper plate, paper cup, and other items that are around the house. This is fun craft to do around the winter time or when your kids want to learn about polar bears.
Materials Needed:
Paper plate
White tissue paper
Glue
Black and white cardstock paper
8 oz. plastic cup
Scissors
Directions:
Cut up square pieces of white tissue paper. Glue them all over the paper plate. Next cut out two small black circles for the eyes and one medium size circle for the nose from the black card stock. Glue the two eyes on the top of the paper plate. Glue the nose onto the bottom of the plastic cup. Glue that cup right under the eyes on the plate. Cut out two medium size circles from the white card stock for the ears. Glue the ears behind the paper plate. Let the glue dry.
