I used to wear basketball gear to school drop off.  Now I’m wearing trousers, but I still swing by the court when the kids are in school. If you want to play better on the court you need to upgrade your pants. You need to play in khakis and mens chino trousers – wisconline.co.uk. It might sound crazy, but check out my story of how a new pair of pants elevated my hoop game.

I have the great fortune to be an at home dad. I work from home, but my kids are my number one priority. I try to make sure that I am always there for them. Whether I am helping them with their homework after school or playing with them outside I want to be part of their lives. One thing that was being neglected was my fashion sense. For me it wasn’t a big deal or so I thought.

A few years ago I wrote an article here at Life of Dad called The Uniform. It was about how I just wore a T-shirt and gym shorts. It was very practical since I would be getting food or paint splattered on me from my kids. Now that they are older the spills are few and far between. I don’t have the excuse of wearing “the uniform.” I needed to get my style back. I know that my wife would appreciate that. I would appreciate that too. Before I had kids I felt I had my own style. I wanted to get back to that.

Thankfully I was able to get my edge back thanks to Lee. One day I got a delivery of their new X-Treme Comfort line of pants. They are made to have the casual look of regular Khaki’s, but with the comfort of athletic pants and an elastic waistband. Now you might think that an elastic waistband means that these pants lack style. I am happy to say that the X-Treme Comfort pants from Lee looks great out for a night on the town and all the while no one will know that you have the most comfortable pants on in that room.

To those who might think that these pants can’t be that comfortable let me tell you this. These pants are legit. As soon as I got the pants I tried them on. I couldn’t believe how soft and comfortable these pants were. I even continued to clean the house with them on. It felt like I was sweatpants. I could reach down and grab some items off the floor and not feel constricted at all. I vacuumed in dress pants! Let that sink in for a minute.

Later on that day it was time to pick up my kids from school. I was still wearing those pants I cleaned the whole house in. That is how relaxed and comfortable they are. I probably could wear these pants for any occasion. For a date night with the Mrs. or playing at the park with my kids. I might even play basketball in them the next time I take my girls to their Zumba class. During their class I play hoops in the other section over at our gym. Not only will I throw my opponent off guard since I will be doing a killer crossover on the court in these pants, but the X-Treme comfort might let finally go above the rim. With these pants I feel like anything is possible. The pants come in different colors, which is great for me since I try to match my sneakers with my outfits.

So for all you guys out there looking to keep up with your kids and still look like a million bucks you should pick up a pair or maybe even three pairs of the X-Treme Comfort pants from Lee. Check out me and some friends talking about these awesome pants:
