There also has been characters from the cartoon world that have been a muse to these companies and artists as well. Here is a list of some kicks that have some of our loveable cartoon characters on them.

Masters of the Universe

New Balance teamed up with Offspring (A shoe store, not the band) to create these sick 576s. The colorways are representing He-Man and Skeletor.

Mickey Mouse

Disney teamed up with adidas to put the most famous mouse of all time on a sneaker. They had the colors from Mickey’s outfit added on the shoe just in case you couldn’t tell by the large Mickey Mouse face on the tongue of the sneaker that it was his shoe.

Voltron

A few years back Reebok introduced the Voltron Pack. Each shoe came in a different color just like the toys and the cartoon show. Plus on the heel was a different Voltron character.

Now that they got their own movie it is about time that Gru’s crew got their own line of footwear. There are plenty of sneaker artists out there looking to help paint the perfect minion for you to add to your shoe collection.
