Just one part of my daily commute to work.

Dear Mr. Ford,

I’m just writing to thank you for the 2005 Ford Escape.  This has been our car since 2004, and has been the only car that my daughter (now 1.6 years old) has traveled in.

Babs came home from the hospital in this car, takes family trips in it, and literally escapes (get it?) to daydreaming and sleeping as soon as we start driving.

We have her in a rear facing car seat, and she has been 100% safe at all times.  Even last week, when we got rear-ended, the Ford’s suspensions, shocks, and wiper blades minimized the impact.

The real reason of my letter is because our 100K Power Train Warranty is coming to end, and we are not sure whether it is possible to extend this.

Because of the love and support my wife, daughter, and I have given to this Ford Escape on a daily basis, I wanted to respectfully ask if you could commit to one of the following exchanges:

1)   Provide my family with a 2012 Ford Escape Hybrid, in exchange for $25 American dollars.
2)   Extend our Power Train Warranty to 450,000 miles in exchange for a thank you tweet.  (I have almost 1,000 followers!)
3)   Send my daughter 500 shares of FORD stock, which we will put immediately into her college savings plan.  In exchange, I would send you a t-shirt from her future college (what is your shirt size?)

As you can see, we want to remain loyal Ford drivers forever, but we need your help in making this happen.

I have written this letter to your USA offices, but you should be aware that I am an active Facebook follower of Ford Motor de Venezuela, Ford Italia, and Ford Turkiye.

I don’t want to have to obtain my next Ford from another country, but I will do so if necessary.  Do you have any idea how difficult it is to switch the steering wheel from the right side of the car to the left?

My family looks forward to your prompt response, and if you give us a free car, I pinky-swear to wash it much more often.

Yours in Ford,

Tom Riles

P.S.  My first ever car was a 1987 Ford Mustang…so if you want to throw in a sports car too,  we’ll take it!

P.P.S.  I know you are also Vice-Chairman of the Detroit Lions…Congrats!!!  They are 3-0!  Can you believe it!?!?!  Holy S*@t!
