A comfy pillow and a stack of books is how my oldest daughter would answer this question. My youngest, it seems, like to make a quiet, early morning mess in the guest bathroom – I mean, really, sidewalk chalk??!!

Every kid has their favorite thing in the world so we asked the moms and dads of our amazing Facebook community to share with us their kid’s favorite thing right this moment. Here’s just some of what you told us!

Jacob Nixon: My son loves bottles filled halfway with liquid. We have a couple dozen with glitter and food colouring with the caps superglued on tight.

Josh Rickard: Water!!! He can find even the smallest puddle like a blood Hound.

Chris Russell: It’s a toss up. My 22-month old LOVES tractors. He has a routine every day where he talks about the “fun tractor (with the) fun bucket (and the) fun beep beep (whatever the heck that is).” He also is in to construction equipment and his favorite toy is a small plastic backhoe loader, which he tells anyone he sees.

[Chris, check out this music video! We think it’s perfect for your kiddo!]

Alfred Farkas: Cardboard boxes, I could buy hundreds of dollars worth of toys but if there is a giant cardboard box in sight they go mad for it.

Jarred Fraser Sr.: My 3 year old a 16″ Batman and my 1 year old my tv he thinks that he has to hit daily.

Michael McNinch: Right now (6 months) I would say his mommy. That and trying to look down women’s shirts.

Todd Marten: Kinder surprise eggs.

Matthew Harrell: Her horse Cody.

Jemma Furyan: Singing to herself at 3/4/5am in baby gibberish keeping me awake.

Jonathan Mattson: At 8 months it’s a blue Tupperware lid.
