We sent our son away last week…

All he’s been doing is laying around, drinking, and sleeping.

He’s been up late every night, and then when he finally passes out, he’s still up every few hours dinking again.   If he doesn’t get what he wants, he just starts crying.

It was getting embarrassing, really.

My wife and I had no choice but to tell him to take a hike.

In his new location, he’s being monitored 24/7, and he’s on a much more strict schedule.

Lights out at 8PM, and limited beverages throughout the night after that.  Fully prepared and nutritious meals for breakfast and dinner, he even gets to spend some time outdoors each day!

It was definitely hard to send our only son away, but we knew it was for the best.

We have a good feeling that he will mature much more quickly now, and will thank us some day.

Where did we send him, you ask?

We sent him to his own room.  No more bunking with Mommy and Daddy.

That's me, taking him away...
