Because we’ve still got Bowie on the mind, we wanted to know what ch-ch-ch-ch-changes the dads of our Facebook community are trying to make in their lives right now. Me, I’m, still and forever it seems, trying to shed pounds and run faster. What are you trying to change? Here’s what some of you guys told us:

Paul Meyer: My living situation. Right now my 3-year-old daughter and I live in the city, 3 bedroom with cheap rent. My rent is paid in literally 1 weekend. So I’m paying off debt, so I can buy a home in the suburbs before she’s in 1st grade. Right now she’s practically being raised at daycare, her awake time is there, and mine is at work 7 days a week. It’s sucks, but it will be worth it to give her a better life later.

Christopher Lee Conner: My patience. I work a lot. Like 12-14 hours a day. When I come home I am actively focusing on maintaining a cool level of patience with my son. It’s not always easy. But I am trying.

Joseph O’Meara: Trying to get/stay in shape to keep with my 10-year-old. I run out of steam at the end of a long day at work and need to have some in the tank for him. Been making too many excuses. Time to mean it.

Jesse Murphy: Trying to get my 2-month-old puppy to stop biting everything. We’re going to start keeping him outside (we’re in Florida so it’s warm) and hoping that burns off some of his energy.

Beno Munji: My 3 year old and my 1.5 year old constantly stealing toys from each other. Teaching them social skills is suuuuuuper frustrating.

Ty Dale: Eating habits! So difficult always being on the go. Also, trying to stop cursing due to little one picking up on a lot of things.

Jay Loraw: Trying to remember to feed myself not just my daughter.

Brian Pedigo: My lack of desire to produce music since my daughter was born.

Doug Truter: The channel….I can’t find the remote and I need, NEED to turn Paw Patrol off!
