“This morning I was leaping around like a frog for about a half hour.”

That’s a sentence I’ve never said until today…let me explain.  I’m helping to raise funds and awareness  for men’s health this November, and I decided to take a different route than most.

Most of my friends on my Movember team are growing mustaches for this important cause.  If you’re not fully aware of what Movember is, here you go….

NOVEMBER + MUSTACHES = MOVEMBER.

Movember is a movement that has really take off over the last few years, where guys grow a ‘stache throughout the month, while raising funds and awareness for men’s health issues.  Life of Dad is excited to be teaming up with Dad 2.0 Summit, NYC Dads Group, the At Home Dad Network, and many other great dads and bloggers this Movember.

Since I work in entertainment, I can’t really change my look too drastically, so instead of growing a mustache, I am committing to be more fit this month that ever before.  I say why not get fit BEFORE the holiday season, that way I’m less inclined to grub on unhealthy food.
I started my workout routine of P90X yesterday, and that’s not it…throughout the month I’m going to be creating original ways to exercise with my kids.  I’m trying to find workouts that are great for my health, but also that entertain my kids. I’ve also got some health tips for men from some concerned healthcare sites like Deyproject.com.

Today, much to the enjoyment of my son, I transformed into, and exercised as a frog.  Here’s the video to show what that entails exactly.  Man, being a frog is a good leg workout. You will love it most when you wear your favorite men’s workout pants and tops,
