The Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) Program is the largest school based father engagement program in the nation with over 4000 schools participating.
David Grubbs is the principal of Grandview Elementary School in Windsor, Colorado. Grandview was the 6th school of 144 Colorado schools running the Watch D.O.G.S. program. The program is continuing to thrive and fathers have made a significant impact at Grandview Elementary. The dads are now actually part of the school’s emergency action plan.
