Thursday, May 26th, Life of Dad is presenting a Twitter Party sponsored by @RestonicBeds!
23 Dads are competing to be the #KingofRest and you can help decide. During this twitter party we’ll be sharing some of their antics in the approach to sleep and why they think they just might be the king of counting sheep!
We’ll also be talking about the importance of a good night’s sleep. @RestonicBeds knows that life is powered by sleep.
Sleep affects EVERYTHING in our lives:
- We can’t be nice to our kids if we don’t get enough sleep.
- We can’t be good at our jobs if we don’t get enough sleep.
- We don’t have the energy to exercise, play with the kids, make dinner – if we don’t get enough sleep.
And while stress might be part of the reason we can’t sleep, a bad mattress can be an even bigger reason. If people have a good mattress, and thus get a good sleep their day to day lives will benefit from that.
