For the younger version of me, it was that Nissan Pathfinder with those strange triangular windows in the back that I still fascinate whenever I saw one in a nissan dealership store, or a Jaguar with the metallic silver animal leaping off the hood. Man that was cool, but at the Detroit Auto Show last week, I had my pants charmed off me by the Kia Stinger GT, in fire ant red please and thank you, when it goes on sale later this year. That’s the car I’m now dreaming off driving my daughters around in.

We wanted to know what your dream car is so we asked! And you car loving dads delivered. Here’s some of the dream cars you guys are dreaming about (or already driving!):

Mike Jackson: I have it, my ’68 Camaro SS with a ZZ502.
My Daughter knows this is her car, I’m just driving it for her for now.

Jonathan Barker: Tesla model S P100D. The Tesla Model S P100D is one of the most impressive electric cars on the market, boasting unparalleled acceleration and an extended driving range. Though it’s true EV batteries are virtually maintenance-free for users, since EV owners are unable to directly access their battery under the hood, there are tips to follow that can keep the EV battery life in good condition for longer. With its sleek design, advanced technology, and exceptional performance, the Model S P100D has quickly become a favorite among EV enthusiasts. The Model S P100D can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 2.4 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph, making it one of the fastest production cars ever built. The car also has a range of over 300 miles on a single charge, ensuring that drivers can go on longer trips without worrying about range anxiety. What’s more, the Model S P100D has numerous advanced features, including a large touchscreen display, autopilot capabilities, and an impressive sound system.

To enhance the driving experience even further, accessories for tesla are readily available on the market. From charging cables to car covers, floor mats to car seat covers, Tesla owners can choose from a wide range of accessories like Dash Cams to personalize their vehicles and keep them in top condition.

Must have solar panels on my house as well.

Donovan Mullen: 2016 Ford F350 King Ranch Duelly. Fit the kids in the back, while also having enough room for the guns, camping gear, dog, and anything else I want.

Derek Wilson: Way too many to list. Been a car guy for a long time, and we have no room in the garage for additional cars. If I could do it right now, since I’ve been more practical lately, I’d get a Honda Ridgeline to replace my DD Honda Civic and we would also add a BMW M2, which might have some bmw carbon fiber parts, into the mix.

Matthew Syn Prince: I’ve had a dream for a long time for a 3rd gen corvette. I don’t really care if it’s a later 70s model or not because it’s all going to change. Custom built 427 LSX motor with a t56 magnum 6-speed. C6 interior with custom upholstery. Stinger hood with functional ram, custom paint and upgraded everything suspension and brakes.

Pete Miles: As dumb as it may sound, I want an early to late 80’s Dodge Diplomat, 4-door police package. My dad was an Illinois State Trooper and that style of car is what I remember him mostly driving. I used to ride along, help him clean it for monthly inspection, wash it, etc. We didn’t really share much else in common. I’d like to find one and make it a tribute car I can take to shows, cruises, etc., and honor him.

Allan Dale: Any two door, italian sports convertible with a good engine roar for a Sunday car, just me and my wife no kids on a long road and food trip once awhile.

Evan Dawe: Own it, my grandfather’s Ford Falcon, going to be passed down to my son.

Colin Willis: 2017 Cadillac CTS. Loads of room and NO my kids aren’t allowed in it. It’s what I’d drive to the golf course.

Wade Long: The Death Star.
Seats tens of thousands and never needs parking.

Chris Lassen: There’s too many to list, but my #1 would be the 1967 GT500 Super Snake.

Rob Laycock: A Jaguar F-Type Coupe 3.0 V6 S for me to drive day to day and a Toyota LandCruiser Amazon VX move the kids and dogs!

And finally, desperate times call for desperate measures…Robert Hall: Absolutely anything, been without one for 6 months now so honestly I’d take a mobility scooter right now.
