What’s good Fathers! Do you believe in life defining moments? Those times where you knew it was a pivotal turning point in who you were to become. We all have them. Marriage. Career transition. Having children.
Yet, it doesn’t stop there. I learned this truth all too well with Kyndall, my soon to be 8-year old. She is constantly stretching me as a father whether she knows it or not (I think she does on the low). One area that is extremely important for her is receiving affirmations; knowing without a shadow of a doubt that I value her.
One problem. I haven’t always been great at it. Until…I learned a valuable lesson.
In this episode, we share a 5-part process in which you can affirm your child. Fathers, your child needs to hear from you. You have a great opportunity to give them a beacon of light and focus, as they journey through the challenges of life. Positive affirmations offer blessings, hope, and a future. They feel empowered and you experience parenting at a new level. Sounds like a Win-Win to me.
Enjoy!
