I am doing a paper on paternal leave and its effect on the employee and organizations as a whole; my opinion is, if a company offered paternal leave, the employee will become more satisfied with their work and produce more
Unfortunately, I have run into a little bit of a stumbling block in terms of available information because the US is one the only developed countries with mandatory parental leave still not in the books, so information is limited.
Do you guys have any suggestions regarding any information I can read? Experiences regarding parental/paternal leave experiences regarding your work you guys have had that you want to share?
