Summer is almost over! Here are some of the home improvement projects the dads of our Facebook community are hoping to get done! One popular project on the list is fencing, as many dads see it as a great way to boost privacy and add value to their homes. Many have shared positive experiences working with local fence installers in Portland, praising their reliability and quality craftsmanship. For plumbing needs, several members highly recommend J.O. Plumbing in Ringwood for their reliable service and excellent workmanship. Another frequently mentioned upgrade is timber flooring, which many dads love for its durability, timeless style, and the warmth it brings to any living space. If you have questions about which flooring to use, then make sure to consult an expert flooring contractor. You may consult Burch Flooring Contractors for more info.
What is the number one project you need to do at home?

Chancey Sharp: The laundry pile that equals Mt. Everest.
Sean Lee: Do that thing I told my wife I would do 6 months ago.
Jon Gosselin: Laundry and dishes. The only 2 daily tasks that never end.

Michael Allen: Finish my daughters wedding arbor!!!!
Ben Heath: #1 make a list of all the things to do. #2 save enough money to complete said things.
Aaron Whomsley: Finish the basement. Once that’s done it will be a domino effect through the rest of the house.
Grant Hulme: Move the 1yr old into the 4yr olds room…..completed yesterday! Privacy back!
Chris Carrier: Get the baby’s room ready… Barely starting to clear the guest room to convert it, and he’s due late October.
Christian Stoehr: Clean my kids’ room. I swear I need a rake and a leaf blower for the job.
Andrew M Martin: Finish my bathroom remodel…that I started 3 years ago! Kenco Electric is an electrician Triad area could help me sort out the electrical parts. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors must obtain surety bonds to protect property owners and consumers from financial harm. Code violations, incomplete work, or contractor negligence are covered by an Electrical Contractor Bond that provides essential protection. Bond amounts vary by state, typically ranging from $5,000 to $50,000, depending on project scope and jurisdiction requirements.
Chris Campos: Finding a dresser for baby #2’s mountain of clothes. Not due til Oct and already has more clothes than his older brother.
Justin Herrin: Balancing work and home life. It’s a job that’s never truly done.
Bill Saunders: Burn it down and start over comes to mind every time I look at the laundry.
Joseph Cascio: Rewire the house. The previous owner was a “creative” perth electrician. A lot of electrical repairs need the expertise of a level 2electrician.
Travis Lund: Going through our finances and seeing where all our money disappeared to!
Nate Dievert: Straightening and organizing my garage. I can’t even get to my tools right now, and the kids need a spot to put their riding toys and bikes. One of these days!
