Erik Justo:Improvising. I couldn’t find my younger daughter’s sippy cup and ended up giving her my sports bottle. She was happy. Wife was like “wtf is this” I told her a happy toddler!

Dave Pearce: Peripheral vision…Always watching my very confident 3 year old out of the corner of my eye without being a helicopter parent. He needs to discover things on his own it within the realms of safety of course.
