Wednesday April 19th, Life of Dad is having a Twitter Party sponsored by @Beautyrest!
Who doesn’t love some good sleep? As parents getting good sleep is important even if it is sometimes a little bit challenging. Right now there are 35 Dads we know trying to improve their sleep using a Beautyrest® Sleeptracker® monitor! We’ll be checking in with them during the party as well as sharing some of our own sleep goals using the hashtag #SleeptrackerLoD.
