Every dad has hopes for his son or daughter. Sometimes his hopes are big and abstract but other times they are simple, tangible and able to be quantified. Here’s what dads are hoping for right now.

Kris Cackler Martin: I hope that our kids grow up to be caring individuals who love people for who they are not caring about skin color and who love nature and want to fix the Earth.
Ryan Sprague: That I didn’t bring a child into the world just in time for WWIII.
Ryan Carlson: That my son won’t be burdened with the health problems I have to deal with.
Scott Mason: I hope when she looks back at her childhood that she was happy and she realizes how much I love her.
Omar N Reyes: To leave a legacy of love, hope, happiness, stewardship, and honor for our children.
Ashley Pook: That my son doesn’t put me in a home. He better build me a tiny home in his backyard.
Alex Cupec: That my son exceeds every goal that he sets out for himself and to enjoy this life.
Robert Taylor: My daughter to be a geek too.
Wayne Adams: My kid to exceed where I end up in life.
Justin Babbs: That I can retire off my kids.
Vince Wolf: My kids to outlive me, stay clean and succeed.
Kim Russo: I don’t want to worry about my kids getting shot at school or anywhere else anymore.
Lyons Tim: Being able to eat my own plate of food.
Bailey Vick: That my daughter won’t be bullied for having autism.
Aaron Thornton: A father can only hope that one day he is humbled by the feats of his son.
