Yesterday we talked naps…today, the opposite of naptime: ENERGY TIME!!!

This is not a trick question, we swear! Sometimes, we feel bursts of energy, often unexplained bursts at the strangest times…so we wanted to know, when are those times for you as a dad?

Nick Miller: Never. I get up at 3:30 am for work and I’m not in bed til probably between 9-10 and it’s usually not sleeping right away. It all depends on when the little one actually falls asleep.

Andrew Colver: I’m a father of 19 month old twins and i get up at 5:30 in the mining for work I’m neither a early bird or a night owl I’m some perpetually tired pigeon.

Thomas Salvetti: I literally do not stop. It’s a 24 hour process. The only drug I use is caffeine via Diet Mountain Dew. When I got home yesterday from work (after a 13 hour shift), I watched our 2 month old, my wife went to the gym and I just hung out with him, fed him, changed him and put him to bed. At 29, I have limitless energy and I know how to manage my time. Thanks to Diet Mountain Dew and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with Reese’s Pieces and a few hours of sleep a night (or day [I am the rotator in my division]), I am invincible.

Jarrell Thibodeaux: Right after work. I usually catch a 2nd wind and go hit the gym. My blood is pumping pretty good after that until around bedtime.

Pj Ramsey: When I come home at 4am after spending 10-12 hours working and then feeding my daughter. I’m always amazed at how not tired I am when I come home to take care of her.

Josh Reese: Right after work around 8pm i get my second wind to goto the gym.

Ronnie Dixon: 5-7pm. Right after work, that’s when I hit the gym.

Julia Keefe: 2pm August 25th 2015 , the day before I had my daughter was the last time I had energy haha!

Mark Linehan: Pulling out the driveway right after I leave the lil one with the grand parents.

Steve Eckert: I always have energy right after work [when] my daughter and I go fishing.

Brian Hodge: At night. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Dryer. Television. Lights. Phone chargers. Computer. Humidifiers. Night lights. Fans. Air conditioner. Yup. I have the most energy at night.

Chance O’neal Jones: At night…when I should be sleeping!

Andrew Gauvin II: What’s energy?

Joe Wilson: Dear person reading this I hope your day has been going well, if not, I hope it gets better. You are an amazing person who will inspire others to do great things so keep up the hard work. I know you may feel unimportant or insecure at the moment but know that you are a beautiful human being inside, outside and you are important.

Got any energy left for a Facebook comment?
