Mark Viera is this week’s guest on The Life of Dad Show.

In the interview….

Mark talks with me about how not growing up with a father made him want to be the best dad he could be, starting a family early in his life, and what his two sons think of his entertainment career. Mark also chats with me about his recent comedy shows and his creative process when he is working on new material for his stand up routines. Mark shares which comedians inspired him as he looked to get into the world of stand up comedy.

About Mark Viera…

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Mark Viera became fascinated with comedy very early on. While Mark’s mom spent countless hours as a social worker to provide for her family, Mark and his older brother would pass the time watching the popular TV shows of the 70’s and 80’s.

He became so engaged in the performances of his favorite comic personalities, it didn’t take long before he began to emulate the characters he came to love. On any given night, he would entertain his family with remarkably accurate portrayals from shows like Carol Burnett, Sanford and Son and Three’s Company.

Mark is one of the stars of the new truTV comedy series Laff Mobb’s Laff Tracks which premiered in early January 2018. Offering up a unique spin on stand-up, the show features comedians bringing their routines to life through hilarious video recreations. Mark also stars this season on HBO’s new All Def Comedy series.

Whether he’s talking about his crazy marriage, his growing kids, his beloved grandparents, doing one of his dead-on impressions or joking about his life growing up in the Bronx, Mark takes his audience on a hilarious, heartfelt journey, finding enjoyment in the absurdities of life.
