Nudozurdo

When I first heard Nudozurdo on a random playlist I thought I was listening to a band singing a Joy Division/ New Order mashup in Spanish. I’m glad that they caught my attention more than most background noise bands normally will. This heavy and deliberate sound suggests that they sing with themes that carry depth and meaning, but my Spanish is limited to asking where the bathroom is, or describing the color of the woman’s socks (púrpura!) so they might be singing about kittens and rainbows. Pain, love and heartbreak are probably more likely though. So expand your collection with this band out of Madrid, one that I’m super glad that I didn’t accidentally pass.
