Most dads say they’ll do anything for their kids. But this dad proved it. Trenton Lewis is a 21 year old man from Little Rock Arkansas. Every morning at 12…. that’s right, 12 midnight….. he would start his walk to work. He needed to be clocked in at 4 am at a UPS facility. When his co-workers found out about the lengths he took to ensure his one year old daughter was taken care of, they decided to take care of him. The single dad who walked 5 miles to and from work for seven months, was surprised with a car.

Co worker Fred Stephens captured the “Union Meeting” where he was presented with the car on Facebook Live.

Watch it here.

Not only did the people he worked closely with donate, but even workers he had no contact with assisted by pitching in to help their dedicated co-worker.

When CNN asked Trenton about his 11 mile round trip walks he stated “My pride is strong. Whatever she needs, I’m the person who is supposed to provide it for her.” He was so touched, you can hear him on the video saying “I’m going to have a heart attack at 21!”

Just goes to show that a loving dad and a supportive community of friends can accomplish great things.
