Doggy kisses, kiddie hugs and a good cold beer at the end of the day? What are the things you can never have enough of as a dad? We asked the Life of Dad Facebook community recently and here’s just a small taste of what you guys love the most and can never have enough of.

As a dad, what can you never have enough of?

Nathan Purdy: Walking in the door after getting home from work and seeing how excited my kids are and how they jump all over me… oh, and apparently debt!

Michael Vecera: Time…they grow up too fast and sometimes life gets in the way of the little time you have..I try to make the most of it. I try have patience to hear their stories. I try to savor each precious moment because one day, they won’t want to share their time with me, because life gets in the way. Time is a commodity we all need and can never get enough of.

Matthew Ferguson: Laughs. I don’t care how tired or frustrated I am with anything. That laughter is the exact medicine I need to feel like it’s all worth it.

Michael Garcia: Sleep! I’m a full time stay at home dad my loving wife works from 2 am to about 3 pm. I wake up every morning at 1:30 to make her coffee and a bite to eat normally I don’t fall back asleep until 3:30 am. Then my youngest son always wakes up at 5. He’s 3 so I get up make him breakfast wait for his older brother to wake up, make him breakfast then take him to pre k soon to be kindergarten then I clean cook and clean more. I don’t go to sleep till my sons are asleep and they fight it bad. I go to sleep 10:45 pm. Then start back at 1:30! So, Sleep!

Jonathan Zimmerman: Time, my second daughter was just born last week so I’m taking paternity leave like I did with my first. But now my 22 month old is already getting used to having daddy home. So much laughter, I don’t want to leave any of my ladies behind to go back to work in a few weeks.

Jeff Farrell: Space. There’s only so many toys you can buy before you realize the value of space. After 2 boys I’d settle for an empty room with a couple of balls, instead of looking like hoarders, the toddler edition.

Joe Todd: Moments like this. I love sitting in the background watching these moments. This one was while we were waiting for the drive-in movie theater to open.

Jeremy Pickett: Hiding spots that are comfortable enough for me to stay for as long as possible and hidden well enough to only be found when I want to be found. Oh, and hugs.

Paul King: The love my sons give me. Everyday they remind me how lucky I am to be their dad.

Jesse Carty: Wish I had more free time and more money because you can’t even go to a beach anymore with out having to pay for parking.

Aaron Enriquez: Time with my kids- hugs, kisses and the smiles.
If anyone starts a kickstarter on a time machine- let me know!

Kyle Anthony Lengerich: Wipes, diapers, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent….. every time I go for em it’s the last one

Brian Haney: More time together. My kids stay with their mom most of the week. It’s hard.

Lazaro Vasquez: Kisses. Love when my daughter randomly hugs me and kisses me!

Scott Szorcsik: Hugs. At 3&5, they think they’re too old to sleep in my arms. Hugs are the next-best thing.

McCain Brown: Memories….my baby girl will be 1 in august and I couldn’t have enough memories of her little smile and giggles.
