There are a lot of big budget, well-reviewed movies for dads to take their kids to see this summer, including Wonder Woman but my teen and tween can’t stop talking about the November release of Wonder, starring, among other bigger Hollywood names, Daveed Diggs from the original Hamilton Broadway cast. They already love the book but that rapper & actor being on the call sheet has them over the moon.
But let’s not rush into fall just yet.

Tyler Semrow: My oldest daughter wants to see Wonder Woman for her birthday next weekend. I saw it ahead of time to make sure it’s appropriate. I recommend it.
Chris Wolf: They’ve been taking about Captain Underpants a lot… maybe… hoping that hits three dollar theater sooner rather than later.
Bo Bacot: “The Goonies” is playing as part of a summer classics series. We’ll be there.
Steven Rose: Despicable Me 3!!
Adam Salter: IT so I never have to take em to see the circus again!
Adam Daniel Carman: Spider-Man Homecoming!
Jim Forbes: Alien: Covenant (he’s 24).
JD Salinas: Cars 3. Even I’m excited for it!
