What Is Your Go To Holiday Movie?

Oh, the weather outside is frightful

But the Movies Anywhere app is so delightful

And since we’ve no place to go

We should stream, we should stream, we should stream holiday movies!

Okay so I might have switched up the lyrics to the holiday classic song of Let it Snow, but I have a reason for that. One of the best parts of the holiday season for me is watching some classic holiday movies with my family.

Thanks to the Movies Anywhere App I am to take these movies wherever my family and I travel for the holidays. Plus the app comes in handy when we are taking a road trip and my kids need something to do when we are driving over the river and through the woods to visit relatives during the Christmas season.

It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year….

Do you have have a go to holiday movie that you like to watch with your family? For me there are certain ones that I watch with my wife and daughters, ones I watch with my wife and ones I watch when I am alone wrapping presents.

Here is a breakdown of the movies that are a must watch in our house during the Christmas season.

The Family Watch List

These are the movies that are perfect for Friday nights when we are making our own pizzas for dinner and want to watch a movie that is full of holiday cheer. Our favorite family Christmas movies are Elf, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas and Home Alone.

It seems each year my wife and I introduce a new movie to my kids to create an even bigger holiday movie list.

The Date Night Watch List

When the kids go to bed my wife and I will sit down to watch movies like The Holiday, Christmas Vacation and It’s A Wonderful Life. These are movie nights where we have a few cocktails and just use the Movies Anywhere App and chill.

The Wrapping Presents Lists

When everyone is asleep and I am wrapping my wife and kids presents I have a few holiday classics that I love to watch on my iPad. One movie that is always a must each year is A Christmas Story. That movie is an all time classic. I even quote that movie all year round.

A few other movies that are my go to during the holidays are Die-Hard, A Nightmare Before Christmas, Scrooged and Bad Santa.

Movies Anywhere lets you connect your iTunes, Amazon Video, Google Play, Microsoft, FandangoNow and Vudu accounts to keep your entire digital movie library in one place. You no longer have to switch between different apps and accounts to find the movie you want to see!
