Christian Fittipaldi is a Brazilian racing driver who has competed in many different forms of motorsports. He has driven in Formula One, Champ Car and NASCAR races. He is the son of former Grand Prix driver and team owner Wilson Fittipaldi, and the nephew of two-time Formula One Champion and Indianapolis 500 winner Emerson Fittipaldi.
A former Formula 3000 champion, Fittipaldi has been in motorsports for nearly 30 years. In addition to winning the 2014 championships and the Rolex 24 at Daytona, the duo of Fittipaldi and Portuguese driver João Barbosa raced to victory in the Brickyard Grand Prix and the Continental Tire Road Race Showcase at Road America. Fittipaldi also got his team’s second pole position of the year with at Road Atlanta for the season ending Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta.
