Art and CraftspicThis week for our Art and Crafts segment here at Life of Dad we are thinking Spring. We here in the Northeast are tired of winter. Thankfully we are starting to see grass in our yards instead of snow. With that in mind we decided to make paper daffodils.

Materials Needed:

Craft sticks

Glue/tape

Construction paper

Scissors

Green marker

Directions:

Color your craft stick with a green marker. Cut out a star shape and a rectangular strip from the construction paper. Roll up the rectangular into a circle and then use glue or tape to keep it in place. Put glue on one end of your paper circle and attach it to your star. Glue your craft stick to the star and now you are ready to celebrate Spring! This craft can be used as a centerpiece for your kitchen table if you put all the daffodils you made in a vase.Daffodil
