This week for our Art and Crafts segment here at Life of Dad we are making shamrock garland to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. All you need is green colored streamers, scissors, and a pencil. You can make a bunch of this garland to put all around the house this week for this holiday.
Materials Needed:
Green streamers
Scissors
Pencil
Directions:
Fold the streamer, accordion style. Draw a shamrock pattern that will fit your folded streamers. Lay your pattern over your folded streamers and trace, allowing the upper half of the left and right leaves to extend over the edge of the streamers slightly. Cut out your clover shape through all the layers, leaving it attached where the leaf extended over the edge. Next unfold the streamers. Lastly hang up the streamers in your house.
