Normally my wife and I do not want our daughters playing with food, but sometimes there are exceptions. Today was one of those days where the rules went out the window. My daughters and I got a bag of the new Cheetos Mix-Ups. My oldest daughter Lily asked if we could do a craft after lunch. I said sure and I thought about using the bag of Cheetos as art supplies.
We opened up the bag and of course we had to sample them. After the tasting we started to get to work. After a while I had to tell my daughters to stop eating their food and start playing with it. After a moment of disbelief my girls went back to creating a picture.
Both of them love butterflies and flowers so we decided to make a spring type picture. They just helped my wife over the past weekend planting flowers so they told me flowers needed to be in the picture.
We made two butterflies, few flowers and the sun to make a nice spring day. We would have made more, but we ran out of supplies since we were eating up the Cheetos. They girls and I had blast making some Cheetos Art and I am guessing we will be doing it again. We didn’t even need the pipe cleaners. We just used a bit of glue and some toothpicks.
