-Old El Paso Chicken Fajitas
-Dole Tropical Frozen Fruit
-Buitoni 4 Cheese Ravioli Pasta
-4c Vegetable Oil
-salt
-pepper
-1/2 c sour cream
-1/2 guacamole
-Old El Paso Stand and Stuff
-1/2 c of white wine
-Sliced jalapeño peppers
-1T of smoked paprika
-2c of chopped lettuce
-1c of shredded cheese
-1c of corn salsa
-4 sprigs of Cilantro
-1 can of Thai coconut milk
-1c of vanilla greek yogurt
-3T of honey
“MVP” Fried Ravioli with Sour cream and guacamole

  1. In a large skillet heat 1 1/2 inches of vegetable oil to 350 degrees.
  2. Take a bowl of buttermilk and soak the raviolis for a few minutes then dredge them in italian panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and lay them on a cookie sheet.
  3. Bring the cookie sheet over to the skillet and lay the ravioli 5 to 6 at a time into the oil and flipping after a minute or so (look for browning). Don’t leave them in too long.
  4. Let them drain on a paper towel on a plate.

 

“Full Court Press” Grab and Go Fajitas

  1. Heat the chicken fajitas according to directions in a skillet add white wine, jalapeno peppers and smoked paprika (add more according to taste).
  2. Heat the Stand and Stuff shells in the microwave according to directions
  3. Place lettuce in the shell and add cheese, fajitas mix, and favorite toppings (sour cream, corn salsa, guacamole)

 

“Cool as the other side of the pillow” Tropical Smoothie

  1. In a large blender pour in the coconut milk, frozen fruit, vanilla greek yogurt, and honey and blend till smooth.
  2. Serve in Mason jars
