Full Ingredients and Recipe:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups PictSweet 3 Pepper and Onion Blend
8 ounces Tyson Grilled and Ready Fully Cooked Frozen Fajita Chicken Strips
8 ounces TGIFriday’s Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers, partially thawed
4 ounces restaurant-style tortilla chips
Minced fresh cilantro
Sour cream
Lime zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the pepper and onion blend and cook until heated through, approximately 2 – 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon transfer to a small plate; set aside. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until chicken is heated through, approximately 2 – 3 minutes. Cut the jalapeno peppers into small bite-sized pieces.
Place the tortilla chips into a heat-proof baking dish, top with the pepper and onions, then the chicken, then the jalapeno peppers. Place into preheated oven and bake until jalapeno peppers are cooked through and cheese is melted, approximately 10 – 12 minutes.
Top nachos with minced fresh cilantro, sour cream and lime zest. Serve with additional sour cream on the side.
