“Steak and Egg Poutine”
Easy Home Meals products used:
Ore Ida Sweet Potato Fries
Bob Evans Brown Gravy
On-Cor Salisbury Steaks
Full Ingredients and Recipe:
2 pkg(s) ORE IDA Sweet potato fries
3 cup(s) Large cheese curds
2 packages of Bob Evans brown gravy
4 large Eggs
2 On-Cor Salisbury steaks ( don’t prepare the gravy set aside in the package for the steaks though. Use Bob Evans gravy)
-Preheat ones to 375 degrees and grease a baking pan.
-Bake your package of steak fries according to package instructions.
-Prepare two of the on- Salisbury steaks and cut into bite size chunks.
-Fry up 4 sunny side up eggs in a large nonstick skillet greased with cooking spray. Season each egg with salt and paper to taste.
-In an oven proof individual sized bowl/ dish Prepare your poutine bowls by layering fries, your fried egg cheese curds, steak chunks, some more cheese curds, and pour on the gravy!!
-Broil on high for 2-3 min to slightly melt the curds. Enjoy!
-Serves 4 people.
