“Buffalo Madness”
As you all know Buffalo NY is known for our winning sports teams (sorry I couldn’t help myself) no in all seriousness we are known for two things Pizza and Wings! So to create my #frozenchefmadness creation I used DiGiorno Pepperoni pizza as the base, added Ore Ida Restaurant styled fries (wings should be served with fries) and Tyson nuggets cooked and tossed in a butter and Frank’s Hot sauce mix! (classic Buffalo wing style) I drizzled blue cheese over the fries and nuggets and topped with cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix and bits of bacon! my creation is three fan favorites all in one, pizza, wings and loaded fries! It is a creation that is unparalled in flavor and, unlike our sports teams, hopefully a winner!
