“Hot TGIF Casserole”
Easy Home Meals products used:
-Spinach and Artichoke Lean Pockets
-Three Cheese and Spinach Lean Pockets
-TGIFridays Spinach Artichoke Dip
Full Ingredients and Recipe:
8 slices of prosciutto
4spinach and artichoke chicken Lean pockets
4 three cheese and spinach Lean pockets
4 packages of TGIFRIDAYS spinach artichoke dip
1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1.5 cups fresh chopped spinach
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup gruyere cheese
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a medium sized casserole pan.
2. Cook spinach dips and set aside.
3. Thaw out the hot pockets slightly until you can slice them with a knife and cut them all into 6 cubes.
4. Arrange a layer of hot pocket pieces on the bottom of the pan and spread one pan of the dip on top.
You will start layering ingredients now. Here are the layers in order starting the the bottom hot pocket layer:
Half of the Hot pockets, 1 tray of dip, spinach, 4 slices of prosciutto, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 tray of dip, other half of the hot pockets, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, last of the prosciutto slices, the last 2 trays of dip, and then top with the gruyere cheese. Bake uncovered for 35 – 40 minutes until bubbly golden brown on top.
