“Coconut Milk Carrot Cake Shake”

Easy Home Meals products used:

Thai Kitchen Canned Coconut Milk
Eggo French Toast Waffle Sticks
Pictsweet Frozen Carrots

 Recipe for 2 LARGE shakes OR 3 medium

1/2  chilled Thai Kitchen canned coconut milk well-shaken
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup soy icecream
1 large ripe banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
3 tbsp vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineaple
2 tbsp raisins that have been frozen
1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen carrots
1 1/2 slices Eggo French toast Waffle sticks
ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to taste
4-5 ice cubes
Whipped cream

Put everything into a blender except the whipped cream. Carrots and waffle sticks should stay frozen to break up easier. Blend everything on high for 3-4 minutes until very well mixed until smooth. Pour into desired size glasses and top with whipped cream. It is freaking delicious! And if you want to make fresh cream rather than having to make do with that which comes in cans, you can buy mosa cream chargers. An amazing end to a meal or a snack for a royal!
