My family and I are huge fans of all things Harry Potter. My oldest started reading the books a few years ago. From that time we have seen all the movies, dressed up like the characters for Halloween and even went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios last year.
We each have chosen a house from Hogwarts that we can relate to. I am a Ravenclaw in case you were wondering. Aside from which house we are repping we love to see the latest and greatest from Harry Potter. Recently I was sent a few items that my family and I got to check out that brought us into more of that magical world.
Coding With Wizards 
You may have a wand from your favorite wizard, but can your wand do magic? Well, we found out with the Harry Potter Kano Coding Kit we can. The kit adds wonder while learning some cool tech. My wife and I are always looking for toys and tech that adds value with fun. Kano helps teach your kids how to code in a very cool way. When you combine learning with fun it is a win-win.

Okay so once you get the wand you will need to add more items to your wizard attire. What about the famous Invisibility Cloak? Believe it or not Wow! Stuff made it a reality. The same cloak that made Harry invisible in the movies and books is something that your family can enjoy even more magic.
So how does this work? Magic of course and some tech from Wow! Stuff using the Chroma Key technology special effects. When the patterned side of the Invisibility cloak is facing the camera it will be visible on screen. However, when you flip your cloak inside out, so that the green lining is facing the camera, whatever or whoever is hidden beneath the cloak will magically disappear on screen! My kids flipped when we saw them disappear when we used the app. With the app you can view, photograph, or film you and your family. Just down load the app on your smartphone or tablet and save the images and videos to your camera roll.
You can use the cloak inside and outside. We made some very funny videos using the cloak and app. Just think of all the possibilities. One thing that comes to mind is that the cloak will make a great holiday costume and the Halloween family pictures will be the talk of the town.
