We are completely obsessed by Hamilton The Musical in my household.
Here are some of the ways in which we are obsessed.
- We listen to the album constantly.
- At great personal expense, I pulled the trigger and bought tickets for when it comes to Chicago.
- My 7 year old can quote most of the songs (even the ones with words he shouldn’t be saying!)
- We are talking about doing Halloween as Hamilton (him) and Aaron Burr (me)
So when my son started building Lego Hamilton figures, I thought it was only right to encourage his play.
Here’s two Lego figures that he built and I staged to show the progression. It’s the final duel between Hamilton and Aaron Burr.
We are now talking about building the rest of the characters, and making photo montages of the major scenes. (Well, not all of them. The sex scene is off limits!)
