What some of our viewers said on today’s show.

Alex Hamilton Hey, best way I manage the tech time is to keep my daughter and son busy, I tell them that they can buy tech time with chores, the more chores the more tech, what they don’t get is the more chores they do the less physical time they have to play on tech! Bonus!!!!

Jamie Vogt Perfect time for this conversation. My son spends far too much time on his Switch and I’d love to get some advice on limiting that.

Suzie Reisen My 5yr old son is smart with technology and I do not allow him to use it much, because he gets way into it, especially with his ADHD. I’d rather him play with his toys and bike riding.

Patrick Tellez I talk to my boys like men and make sure they understand the importance of having the devices and being strong minded to be able to detach and allow yourself to think.

Lisa Phillips Schedule screen time and then utilize taking that time away as a punishment.
