My name is Josh Johnson and I am a Dad of 4. In between a full time job and raising these little rascals with my beautiful wife I like to document my (admittedly slow and comical) ascent from Dad Bod mediocrity to something better, both in health and in happiness. I do this through a little show on Youtube I like to call Mr. Dad Bod.
And let me tell you, stumbling onto this den of dad-dom that is Life of Dad has been a god send.
