In this episode we had the opportunity to interview past Rutgers Football star, lawyer and mentor Vaughn McKoy shares with us the journey that he went on as a person and a father to be the best person that he could be through the help and assistance of mentors in his life.
Vaughn talks about how mentors are all around us and sometimes in the most unlikely places. Vaughn shares some very important tips and tricks to assist you in not only finding a mentor for yourself, but also in maintaining this relationship. He mentioned that a mentoring relationship must be symbiotic and not one-sided. This is very important to remember whether it comes to a personal or professional mentor in your life.
