Hundreds of thousands of new graduates will receive their degrees in the next few weeks. Many will go on to start their new jobs, yet others will be moving back home with their parents as they continue their job search or consider further studies.

My guests will be families of College of Charleston graduates who are preparing for the impending changes in their lives. One family’s graduate is preparing to enter the workforce, and the other family’s graduate is preparing to move back home. Together we will explore how parents can effectively use their business skills to support a seamless transition for their children whether they are joining the workforce or coming home for a bit longer.
