I’m constantly making new playlists on Spotify to replace the previous ones that I quickly grow tired of. Every time I do make a new one though, certain bands seem to make their way into each one. Recently, Bleached has been one of those bands, and they are one you should know about and add to your rotations immediately.
Bleached consists of sisters Jennifer and Jessica Clavin. Based out of Los Angeles they put together stripped down rock that has the perfect balance of polish and grit. Their timeless sound could just as easily been recorded in the late 60’s next to the Troggs, Dick Dale or the Kingsmen. Luckily they are of the present and I can’t wait to hear more from this outstanding band.
