Welcome to the Art of Conversation. We are pleased to have another podcast here at Life of Dad, and we focus the show on dad writers. Each week, host Art Eddy showcases a father in the dad community. The topics range from sports to movies to comics to video games to technology to parenthood to anything that comes up, really. Absolutely nothing is off-limits on The Art Of Conversation Podcast. Enjoy! Find us on iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher Radio and iHeartRadio.

In addition to providing commentary about the larger culture, art makes life more manageable, tolerable and enjoyable. One may not think about more utilitarian items and places as “art,” but they do contribute to one’s aesthetic experience. It has the power to educate people about almost anything. It can create awareness and present information in a way that could be absorbed by many easily. In a world where there are those who don’t even have access to good education; art makes education an even greater equalizer of society. If you are interested in starting your own collection.

Art is very important in the society because it is an essential ingredient to empowering the hearts of people. When activists are showing images of children suffering from poverty or oppression in their campaigns, this is the art pulling the heartstrings of society’s elite and powerful to make changes. Similarly, when photographers publish the photos of war-torn areas, it catches the attention of masses whose hearts reach out for those who need help.
